Bruno Giacosa Wine Dinner
Wine lovers are invited to raise a glass on Tuesday, July 14, for a special five course wine dinner celebrating Georgia peaches, wood fired meats and the extraordinary legacy of Bruno Giacosa.
Thoughtfully curated as an exploration of Northwest Italy's renowned wine region, the evening will honor Giacosa and his unrivaled talent for selecting exceptional fruit through expertly paired wines alongside a seasonal menu from Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio. The dinner holds special significance for Chef Andrea, who hails from the region and was born in the nearby town of Capriata d'Orba, bringing a personal connection to every course and pairing.
