Our Team

Executive Chef

Andrea Montobbio

Our Executive Chef has been preparing to lead the kitchen at Enzo ever since his childhood in the small town of Capriata d’Orba in Northern Italy, watching his family grow their own vegetables and make their own wine.

He committed himself to studying all aspects of the culinary arts in his native Italy, eventually bought his skills to Asellina at Gansevoort Park Hotel in New York City and later to Ecco and STK in Atlanta.

With Enzo his seeks to reimagine the industry he loves, to exercise his unbridled passion & creativity, and to mentor the next generation of chefs in the same way others have influenced him.

When Montobbio isn’t in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife McKensey or on the practice field with their daughter Maria, a budding soccer star.

Chef De Cuisine

David Gibbs

Enzo’s Chef de Cuisine David Gibbs might be the only metro-Atlanta culinary talent who also has a master’s degree in computer science. But after serving in a series of vice-president and director positions at tech companies, Gibbs found his way back to his first love—cooking.

Helping to run Enzo’s kitchen in Fayetteville is a bit of a homecoming for Gibbs who first fell in love with the hospitality industry at a small restaurant in Peachtree City.

For Chef Gibbs cooking is not as much about the food but rather the experience. Food, for him, is ephemeral. You serve it and it’s gone. The experience is what guests take with them and what brings them back.

Outside of Enzo, David enjoys working on cars, running, biking, and working out.


Carmine Noce

A fearless and passionate leader, Carmine hails from Florence Italy. His diverse career has taken him from c-suite level positions in the fast-moving fashion industry to an entrepreneur launching a multi-hyphenate hospitality brand.

As he began reminiscing about the foods he grew up with and the kind of restaurant he dreamed of creating he discovered kindred spirits in Chef Montobbio & Chef Gibbs.

Opening the restaurant is only part of Noce’s vision. Propelled by his lifelong love of art & culture, Noce has positioned Enzo as a lifestyle brand incorporating private & corporate catering, in-store experiences, and unique events that provide a platform for talent in the worlds of film, fashion, art, and music.

When he is not busy envisioning what is next for Enzo, Carmine enjoys traveling and spending time with his children Enzo and Robert.
