On Friday\, October 9\, Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio of the highly anticipated ENZO Steakhouse & Bar\, opening this winter at Epicurean Atlanta\, will lead a hands-on class exploring the art of making pasta from scratch\, with plenty of wine to sip along the way.\n\nWhether a seasoned home cook or simply in it for a good time\, every skill level is welcome. Chef Andrea will walk guests through two distinct pasta preparations\, sharing the techniques and tricks behind each one while giving everyone a hands-on role in bringing the evening’s dinner menu to life.
