La Grigliata: A Tuscan Dinner with Family
On Sunday, May 17, ENZO invites you to gather for La Grigliata, a Tuscan-inspired dinner rooted in the spirit of La Famiglia - this time centered around the grill.
Hosted by Chef Andrea Montobbio at 1 p.m., the afternoon draws from the traditions of the Tuscan countryside, where live fire, shared tables, and simple, honest ingredients define the meal. Expect a family-style experience featuring grilled specialties, seasonal accompaniments, and dishes meant to be passed, poured, and enjoyed together.
The meal is paired with a guided tasting of Sangiovese wines, highlighting three of Tuscany’s most celebrated expressions - Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti Classico, and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano - offering a throughline from vineyard to table.
