Golden hour calls for a Negroni. On Friday, September 11 at 6 p.m., kick off Negroni Month with a special Apericena celebration inspired by one of Italy's most iconic cocktails and the cherished tradition of gathering before dinner. Guests are invited to sip through a selection of classic and creative Negroni variations while enjoying an abundant spread of Italian charcuterie, seasonal antipasti and shareable small plates designed for grazing.

And the celebration doesn't end that night. Throughout September, Apericena Hour continues Monday through Friday from 5–7 p.m. with $15 specialty Negronis featured on the Apericena menu, offering plenty of reasons to stay for one more round.

Inspired by the aperitivo culture of Northern Italy, Negroni Month is all about good drinks, great food and the simple pleasure of gathering as the day winds down. Consider it an Italian golden hour, Negroni in hand.
