Roll up your sleeves and head to the Epicurean Theatre for an evening dedicated to one of Italy’s greatest love languages: fresh pasta. On Friday, October 9, Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio of the highly anticipated ENZO Steakhouse & Bar, opening this winter at Epicurean Atlanta, will lead a hands-on class exploring the art of making pasta from scratch, with plenty of wine to sip along the way.
Whether a seasoned home cook or simply in it for a good time, every skill level is welcome. Chef Andrea will walk guests through two distinct pasta preparations, sharing the techniques and tricks behind each one while giving everyone a hands-on role in bringing the evening’s dinner menu to life. The experience begins with charcuterie bites & a welcome spritz, followed by two pasta courses paired with wine and a sweet surprise to close out the evening.
Come ready to get a little flour on the sleeves, learn a few new tricks and, most importantly, eat well.
