Throughout the week of Christmas, Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio brings his spirited Italian cooking to the table with a festive, multi-course Feast of the Seven Fishes. Inspired by the dishes he grew up with and the flavors he loves to revisit this time of year, the menu leans into seasonality with plates made for celebration. Enjoy Venetian shrimp over warm polenta, lobster gnocchi with a decadent holiday feel, and an abundant selection of seafood that captures the heart of this beloved Italian-American tradition.
